Hrvatska pošta is the largest provider of postal services in the Republic of Croatia and the only provider of universal service in the Republic of Croatia according to the Postal Services Act. However, in addition to postal services, an important part of the core business of Croatian Post is the numerous non-postal services that are provided daily in more than 1,000 post offices across the country. In addition to postal services, banking, insurance, telecommunications and retail services are also available to users at the post office.
At the post office in SPOT Mall, users can order or pick up products purchased at the Yellow Click, Croatian Post online store, and private companies and small and medium-sized enterprises have access to Croatian Post Bank’s banking services as part of the Bank at the Post project.
In accordance with its development strategy, Hrvatska pošta continues to improve its core business by developing infrastructure, improving and automating processes, and digitizing daily operations.
